Hi, I attended a seminar today and one of the subjects was that customers don't like shipping charges. I was thinking " I'm a customer". I buy lots of stuff from Amazon because they have the right price, usually in stock, and....free shipping.
So I immediately changed our web site iecomart to offer free shipping on any order over $25.00.

I personally have been testing a non salt water softener on a volunteer household in MN (my family) for two years and have discovered some good pros and cons.
